Health and Relaxation classes are more calm and steady, usually most exercises are performed whie standing up or sitting down. Music is just a background to exercises, it doesn't determine the pace. You will have a moment to take a deep breath and stretch but it doesn't mean you will not get tired.
This class involves the use of big, safe exercise balls which help eliminate spinal axial load pain and strengthen and stabilize joints. These exercises are very safe and very effective at the same time, which is why we recommend them for all of our customers. Balancing and stretching on the body ball not only activates and stretngthens particular muscles but also models and relaxes the whole body. There is a stretching routine at the end of each class.
Classes dedicated to people who like changing their body position without long meditation. Flowingly connected asana is changed in compliance with a breath so that increases energy flow in the body. Classes strengthen both condition and body.
This class is perfect for those who try to find safe physical exercises and are interested in the prevention of overstressing the spine. Exercises don't put too much pressure on joints, they aim at strengthening postural muscles, especially back and core muscles, enhancing physical fitness and making the whole body more flexible. Controlled movements help relieve muscles from stress and tension. The pace of the classes is quite slow and the exercises are accompanied by quiet music. They are recommended for everybody.
Mobility & Stretching
This class will help ease the most common types of pain. The exercises will prevent injuries, improve the overall mobility as well as muscle, joint, ligament and tendon flexibility. These exercises help people's bodies to function better in everyday life. The classes use various techniques, like muscle-joint trigger point autotherapy, dynamic stretching, static stretching and working on articular capsules. It is the perfect class for those who do any kind of sports (e.g. fitness, jogging) and it's dedicated to all women who care about their safety.
It's a set of exercises that strengthen all body muscles (especially deep abdominal, back and pelvis muscles). It was invented by Joseph Pilates. These exercises require concentration and they are done slowly, accompanied by quiet music. Thanks to pilates we learn to maintain correct body posture and understand our bodies. Muscles stretch, strengthen and become more flexible, which makes our bodies spring, feel lighter and more slim. Pilates classes are a basic form of physical activity or a perfect addition to other exercising techniques. This set doesn't put too much pressure on joints so it's a safe form of exercising, especially for people who have had some injuries. Everybody can participate in such classes.

During classes you will learn how to do asana safely and correctly, also physical body’s positions. By a right choice of asana, breathing technique and meditation it is possible to improve psychophysical health and learn concentration, additionally. It is a regular practice when you will know your body better and its possibilities and, by the way, gain some body’s flexibility, peace and internal harmony.
Yoga classes, which involve sequences of 5 or 6 positions, are based on gentle turns, forward bends, gentle leaning back and moving legs up with a wall support. Reclamation yoga stimulates immune system, reduces stress level, improves the general health condition and the quality of life. This type of exercise is dedicated to people, especially living at fast pace of life, due to reduction of cortisol level.
This class involves doing static stretching exercises that influence all groups of body muscles. It is mostly recommended for people who want to stretch and relax their muscles as these exercises not only stretch muscles but also make joints and ligaments more flexible, eliminate spasms, prevent injuries and relax.
