It's an original set of exercises invented by Katarzyna Sempolska. It was created for pregnant women who want to be active while getting ready to give birth. Active Mum Club
It's an original set of exercises invented by Katarzyna Sempolska. Women work out with their babies in order to strengthen the whole body. Exercises with elements of pilates and body ball allow mums to work out while taking care of their babies and some exercises make it possible for mums to work out with their babies. An additional feature of the programme is baby massage and exercises that improve babies' development.
