The workout is recommended for people, who want to improve muscle endurance. The main difference between Active Lady and regular fitness classes is the intensity and the level of the choreography. It's a great solution for older women, women who are only starting their fitness adventure or for ladies who want to get back in shape after taking a break in exercising. Flat Stomach & Stretching
An intensive class which requires doing a lot of exercises that strengthen abdominal muscles. At the end of each session there is a stretching routine. This class is recommended for all women who want to be slim and get rid of excess fat around the waist.
This class, accompanied by good music, involves the use of light barbells whose weight can be regulated from 2 to 20 kilograms. The weight of the barbell changes depending on factors like: which muscles are used during a particular exercise or how well-trained the person is. Pump mixes endurance and strength workout, which leads to the slimming of the body, the increase of muscle strength without a visible muscle mass increase. It is recommended for people of all ages, also for those who want to prevent osteoporosis. It leads to strengthening and firming muscles, reducing body fat, increasing the metabolism and reducing cellulite. Stretching helps making our shape more flexible.

TBC & Flat Stomach
A regular TBC class followed by exercises that strengthen abdominal muscles. This class is recommended for people who want to shape their stomach and get rid of the fat around the waist.
TBC & Stretching
A regular TBC class with elements of stretching. It's a developmental training followed by a stretching routine. This class is recommended for those who want to firm, shape and at the same time relax all body parts. Stretching and making muscles more flexible increases their endurance and eliminates spasms.
This class combines elements of dance and aerobics with elements of endurance training. It allows to burn fat while having a great time. A truly optimistic mood of the class lets all participants escape from everyday problems and gain a lot of energy for the next day. Simple dance routines and the hot-tempered Latino music make zumba worth trying. Thanks to that our participants leave the room feeling very tired but also extremely happy.
